lpgbt-v1 update

So Young Jeon requested to merge lpgbt-v1 into master
  • replaced hardcoded register addresses in LPGBT.py
  • added lpgbt-v1.xml address table
  • handles version detection of lpgbts
  • minor changes to RB, KCU and LPGBT initialization to make this all smoother
