Cosmics implementation

Celia Fernandez Madrazo requested to merge fernance/spark_tnp:cosmics-implementation into master

Adapt spark framework to compute efficiencies with cosmic muons reading ntuples processed with MuonAnalyzer.

Changes include:

  • A new resonance mode "Cosmics"
  • A new file data/registry_muon_Cosmics_generalTracks.json pointing to the parquet files computed from Ian's datasets (default)
  • Add this file to registry.py
  • Add a new config file with recipe used to compute generalTrack efficiency following Ian's configuration
