Update WAFER_PROCESS_STATUS on CROC WLT upload

Automatically set Wafer Process Status to Tested when uploading CROC WLT results.
Validated in the development database.

Added missing DataPoint types, already implemented in the production DB.
Restored support for the CROCv1 wafer naming convention that uses batch number instead of batch ID.
