Fixing tmp directory when running at CIEMAT

Jaime Leon Holgado requested to merge fix/tmpdir into py3

When running at CIEMAT, the tmp directory is now set to /nfs/cms/USERNAME/cmt/tmp, because the old path /tmp/... was giving some r/w errors.
