Resolve External Issue
This is the first version of the SignalScanFit tool that can be used to do signal scans. A special fit function is added to Utils to make sure that we can fit the signal which is smeared out by charge sharing. The fitting procedure works for CBC2 when an appropriate Vcth range is used, meaning at least from Vcth = 70 to Vcth = 100. I'm still working on improving the fit procedure. The fitting procedure has to be verified for CBC3!
