SignalScanFit merge.
The signalScanFit is now clean-up and working. The fitting procedure is now by default off because this is still work in progress.
We have to understand the signal a little better so that we can come up with a fitting function that makes sense. Hereby I mean, a function that returns the signal and the noise, and some parameter that corresponds to charge sharing.
