Instrument cluster

Replacing power supplies with instrument_cluster. Removed any use of GPIBInterface.py. Needed to slightly alter the way that the main window connects devices and how IVCurveHandler.py works. Some functionality has been lost, mainly the live display of the IV curve. This pull request also requires the latest changes to the icicle repository.
