Separate HV/LV channels in monitor in HVLV power supply

If you have a power supply containing both LV and HV channels, pDevice.isHVLV() gives HVLV. As a result all channels (both LV and HV) will go in the HV monitor.

After this fix, the HV channels will go in the HV monitor and the LV channels in the LV monitor.
