Tag old (pre gap mitigation) tracker geometry, for geometry version FASER-00.

To reproduce old results requires manually setting up the old field map with

FaserFieldSvc.FullMapFile = " /cvmfs/faser.cern.ch/repo/sw/software/22.0/faser/offline/ReleaseData/v20/MagneticFieldMaps/FaserFieldTable_v101.root"
