Parse drive serial number to detect MHVTL drive

Problem to solve

To use the DriveMHVTL interface with LTO8/9 media we need to obtain the information that the drive is actually an MHVTL drive from the serial number as other options do not work.

Check if the serial number contains the string MHVTL that we will set in the MHVTL drive device configuration.
