Update EOS Helm Chart to latest version
Currently, we are using a custom tag of the EOS Helm chart that has the specific tape supports. Currently, developments are underway so that all the necessary configuration options we need can be done via the values.yaml files in a more generic way. This way the EOS Helm chart do not need to support tape-specific things and we can configure it easier from our side.
This is important as the removal of MQ will only be an option in the latest charts.
