Buildtree corrections for public dev setup

The buildtree setup has a few shortcomings, as noted in the community and internally in the group.

We should reproduce the listed issues and do the following:

• Update the ceph gpg key
• Configure our public repo, cta-public.repo, in the bootstrap process
• Fix spelling mistakes such as:

  • CTA build tree¶

  • The user should then login as the and then run the next step - bootstrapCTA.sh:

• Ensure net-tools (ifconfig) is installed during the bootstrap process
• Correct installation of cmake3, cgdb, tig, and jq, since these appear to not install correctly in the script

Largely out of date after the new buildtree/ci_runner setup. It is easier to open a new ticket for recent concerns rather than trying to follow up on these ones. Closing
