CI failing for EOS 4

Summary

Recently some system tests were introduced to test the new eos evict tool. In the 'normal' CI pipelines this goes ok as they run on EOS 5. But on the scheduled ones it fails because eos evict is not available on EOS 4.

Solution

Skip this tests if we are using eos 4.
