Upgrade EOS to 5.2.24

eos 5.2.24 includes some CTA specifics code change:

• Bug fix
  • EOS-6112 - Remove reliance on 'errno' from _dropallstripes() and other functions MGM(CTA)
• New Feature
  • EOS-6150 - Print archive metadata in eoscta report MGM(CTA)

This ticket is just about upgrading eos version in CI for the next CTA release and performing some basic tests in CI on archive metadata.

A separate ticket will add some archive metadata specific tests in CI.
