The OSM file reader does not work due to the legacy way of embedding CRCs in the data block

A file may have an old block format 64K, where the lbp checksum was written with the data block. This happened when the drive was reset after the initial mount, i.e. CTA does not have to read the entire block but 65536B per block, otherwise the adler32 can be incorrect!
