Fix codesmells by repack expansion changes

Summary

Fix some sonar cloud code smells.

Smells not fixed:

• MaintenancesHandler.cpp

  • x6 Replace . with :: Reason, false positive?
  • TODO may be still relevant
  • No point in moving this into separate function to '''avoid''' nested try-catch

• TapedCondiguration.hpp

  • Struct with 38 fields

• Scheduler.cpp

  • Refactor this function to reduce its Cognitive Complexity from 97 to the 25 allowed

• Scheduler.hpp

  • Class has 59 methods, which is greater than the 35 authorized. Split it into smaller classes.
