Resolve "Throw exception when verification of crc32c fails"

Summary

Note: I would have included the compared values but changing the interface of the verify function requires changes in the OsmFileReader which from the code behaves differently, so I don't have the time to expend on that. Will create an issue with low priority in case someone in the future has the time for it.
