[Misc] Rename changelog entry 5.11.8.1-1 to 5.11.9.0-1
Description
- There were changes to the log output in the commits included in
5.11.8.1-1. As such, this release should be a minor release and not a patch release; patch releases should not contain changes that might force the users to update their system (e.g. monitoring)
