This had been added to the repo by hand, but of course the post-checkout
script deletes all the top-level links when setting up, so it was
getting wiped out by that script. This makes it regenerate itself.

Adding extra symbolic link for plugin area

The authors seem to have changed the directory in which they expect
plugins to be installed in newer versions of MG5. This will eventually
allow us to get rid of the private patch for PLUGIN/__init__.py , but in
the meantime we have to carry around both names for this directory...
