ByteStreamTest: migrate tests to CA 

CA migration and cleanup of the unit tests:
 - Remove BadEvents tests as we don't use that feature and the input
   file did not even contain bad events.
 - Migrate SkipOne and SkipNone test but only run on 10 events.
 - Migrate Selector to EvenEvents and fix the EvenEventsSelectorTool to
   actually select even events instead of odd ones.
