Adding BunchCrossingTime and PileUpType Attributes to GenEvents during pile-up digitization Also updated `SimpleMergeMcEventCollTool` to be able to optionally override the event numbers in the same way as `MergeMcEventCollTool`. Once downstream code makes use of the new Attributes then it should be possible to use `SimpleMergeMcEventCollTool` instead of `MergeMcEventCollTool` without breaking truth-matching.
