Fix muon view collection names in trigger EDM config

Updating the view collection names for the muon isolation views to match what is actually created (fixing a mistake from the CA migration in atlas/athena!67093).
Also removing some view collection names that were part of the legacy config and so are now no longer produced.
Fixes ATR-28539.

Added a script to modify LHE files generated by Madgraph for UPC dilepton processes

Added a script to convert LHE files produced by Superchic to a Tauola-compatible format

The script is based on LheConverter.py in the same directory.
The only change with respect to LheConverter.py is to change the PID of the incoming photons
from 22 to +/- 11 i.e. electrons. The photon with pz > 0 is assigned PID = 11. The photon
with pz < 0 is assigned PID = -11
