      Draft: porting MUON1 to component accumulator
      
      This MR provides a port of the MUON1 derivation to the component accumulator. It is intended that this will be used as a template for the other MCP derivations. As well as the main config fragment, the MR also provides several new config fragments for certain common tools that haven't been previous provided.

      added vertex isolation variables decorations to BPHY24. Edited VertexTrackIsolation tool to accept tracks from a V0,and to convert electron GSF tracks to indet tracks for excluding from cone. Also allow to assign no passFlags and decorate all vertices

      Draft: migration of PHYSLITE to the component accumulator
      
      This MR is an attempt to migrate PHYSLITE to the component accumulator. This is proving tricky because the analysis sequences aren't compatible with the component accumulator, so some wrangling is required. Concretely the following changes are required:
      - The DualUseConfig can now return a new-style configurable (GaudiConfig2)
      - AnaAlgSequence is given a new member, being a list to hold any GaudiConfig2 components that can't be appended directly to the sequence (which is old-style). Currently the old-style sequence isn't used directly but is instead iterated over and each component added to a new-style sequence before being added to the component accumulator
      - New config fragment to allow the calo cell thininng
      - PHYSLITE job options themselves

      This MR adds a CA-compatible version of the PHYSVAL format. Aside of the new config file, it is also necessary to adjust the CMake file to account for the new python directory in the DerivationFrameworkPhysicsValidation package, and also to add the config fragment to the master list in DerivationFrameworkConfiguration.
      
      Since this only impacts the CA version of the derivation framework, which isn't yet in use, this MR has no impact on any ongoing production or functionality.
