copy scope screenshots

Sebastien Wertz requested to merge swertz/bdaq53:devs_from-preemph_studies into preemph_studies

Note: this is NOT tested as a scan is running atm. But I'm creating the PR already in case you'd like to give it a go before I can get back to the lab.

Just add e.g. -r ./screenshots/ to save the screenshot to that (existing) folder.
