Retrieve screenshots at the end

Sebastien Wertz requested to merge swertz/bdaq53:devs_from-preemph_studies into preemph_studies
  • Retrieve all screenshots at the end of the scan
  • Catch exception if one screenshot fails to be retrieved, so that the JSON is written anyway
  • Create folder for screenshots if it does not exist yet
  • Add option for scan to fix one of the taps to a specific value (i.e. only do 2D scan)
  • Use python logging module
