    Restructured data to consist of one list of medium-level tracks. Both
    primary and secondary tracks have the same "track" and "vertex"
    component. In the case of the primary tracks, the only meaningful
    vertex parameter value is the mass, which consists of only the tracks
    in the jet. Other vertex parameters for the primary are set to dummy
    values.
