This is a release for the simulation of the upgrade detector. It is the last release build with cmt and as such does not support the very latest FT geometry. It can also be used to tests new feature like the RICH CPU improvements independently of other Sim10Dev changes to be releases soon since it is based on merging Sim09 branch and going through all merge conflicts, porting all development from master BUT for those for GeneratorFSR and move to newer version of Pythia8.
