Patch to solve ticket INC4080523

Lorenzo Del Pianta requested to merge ldelpian-v10.2-0-patch-INC4080523-patch-ec08 into ckeditor4-lts

On the ATLAS public web (atlas.cern), when a content type as an URL, that contains a "?" such as https://academicjobsonline.org/ajo?joblist---4644-28172 drupal automatically appends a = character to it, making the url being wrong
