Upgrade Drupal to 10.4

We are experiencing some issues pulling from Packagist (https://packagist.org/) w/ Composer. Not consistently, but sometimes.

We can clean and then it runs, but it could break later.

Hi all,

In the clone https://home-clone.web.cern.ch/ created by @crdeoliv , I have applied the image:

  version:
    name: dev10.4-0
    releaseSpec: 9cfb6d4a

This clone is now on version 10.4.3. Updates have also passed successfully. Please feel free to proceed with testing:

Adding @pkatyaya to take a look here, too.

• Created, amended, and deleted new nodes for all content types—operations performed successfully.
• Navigated to links in the menu, views, and blocks—no errors encountered, all remain intact.
• Edited existing nodes—functionality works perfectly.
• Successfully implemented all operations in both English and French.
• Verified that the landing page can be edited and amended in both languages but not deleted in French. The language translation issue reported by Lucie remains, but this is a Drupal issue with translations and is unrelated to the latest 10.4 image.

All tests passed successfully.
