Make new MR for v8

Backport to v9*

  • attention when backporting since the composerbuilder has to change
  1. create dev branch for each branch where you backport
  2. run the composerbuilder CI job
  3. update the tag in images/softwareversions
  4. merge
  5. run CI again
  6. update the image tag in the v* branch
