Update postprocessing default btag WP

Nicholas Luongo requested to merge nicholas/easyjet:ejplus_btag into main

The default b-tag WP for the bbll analysis has been changed to GN2v01_FixedCutBEff_85, but our EasyjetPlus post-processing script still has DL1dv01_FixedCutBEff_77 as the default value. This updates the EasyjetPlus default to be the same GN2 WP.
