[bbyy] Fix typos that created a crash when running boosted bbyy

Luca Franco requested to merge lufranco/easyjet:largeRjets_bbyy_fixTypo into main

Fix for 875. When in July we tried to use doBoosted=true for the bbyy ntuple production, we noticed that there was a crash. This was due to a typo in some places where LargeJets was not consistently renamed LargeRJets. The pipeline at that time did not fail because during the test doBoosted=false was used.
