Modified the run configs for 1btag and 2btag regimes, updated grid submission...
Since we now have split signal datasets for the 1btag and 2btag regimes, I renamed the default run config for SHbbyy as 2btag and also added another one for the 1btag regime with a modified cutlist. I also added the lines for including CP systematics in the above run configs.
In addition, I updated the grid submission scripts for Run 2 and Run 3 and introduced the --nCore flag in the main easyjet-grisubmit script since we're using it in our submission commands.
