Fix the event ftag SF calculation

Giulia Di Gregorio requested to merge gdigrego/easyjet:main-gdigrego-ftagSF into main

Without requiring the minPT >=25 GeV, the event btagging SF (ftag_effSF_GN2v01_Continuous_NOSYS) is evaluated considering all the jets in the event with pT > 20 GeV. Both HH and SH analyses are using jets with pT > 25 GeV.
