Overhaul interface and implement some core functionality

• Move to 22.0.84 for better CA integration for CP alg sequences
• Correct CA config syntax
• Rearrange args
• Use python trigger lists, add Run 3 HH4b triggers
• Flags for handling fat jets in PHYSLITE
• Configure from metadata and not from file names
• Autoconfigure rather than check manual CLI args
