Fixing up misc issues

  • Flip the check on the BadBatman cleaning flag with invertFlags
    • If we start to use more cuts here, I would make a list of tuples with (flagName, invertBool)
  • Initialise EventInfo key -- this may need to become systematics-aware for PRW?
  • Don't use WARNING messages to print debug info
  • Fix float <--> double mismatch for pb decoration on jets @viruelas
  • Photos --> Photons in VDAlg property
