Making GetXSection tool aware of dataTakingYear and mcChannelNumber

Following up MR!414 , MR!427, MR!430 , issue#114 and issue#166.

Will rebase on top of MR!427 .

I made the GetXSectionTool aware of the mcChannelNumber (aka DSID) and dataTakingYear. Assuming, the folder where you run the script is in the same directory as the easyjet folder, you can run the script as

athena ../easyjet/bbyyAnalysis/bin/bbyyPostProcess.py - \
--inFile yybb_PHYSLITE_ntuple.root \
--xSectionsConfig ../easyjet/bbyyAnalysis/share/XSectionData.yaml
