Move FTAG+JVT SF to event_info + disable GN2v01 SF

  • Centralise FTAG + JVT event-level SF output to event_info.py instead of duplicating for all analyses (addresses #212 (closed))
  • Disable GN2v01 SF since they are not available in the CDI

Note: that the move to event_info.py means that we need to directly use the name of the decoration to the EventInfo, so this cannot be renamed as weight_XXX. Hopefully this shouldn't be a too big inconvenience for downstream code to update.
