First implementation of DBTriggers Run3

Davide Fiacco requested to merge dafiacco/easyjet:Run3_HadHad_DBT_DF into main

I implemented 2023_from1200bunches bool variable that is necessary for 2023 DBT trigger and the functions applyDiBJetTriggerSelection and checkDiBJetTriggers. Not implemented the trigger matching for b-jets.

The code doesn't run, but It's not clear to me where is the issue
