Update bbyy VBF HH sample list with mc23d and add ggF Hyy sample

The MR will:

  • update the VBF HH sample list from mc23c to mc23d
  • add the yy+jets mc23a PHYS sample in the list
  • fix the Run2 and Run3 grid submission scripts
