Add support for multiple electron and muon WP in <Lepton>SelectorAlgs

This MR extends what was done in !683 (merged) for photons to electrons and muons, adding support for multiple lepton WPs in the relevant selector alg.

  • Vectorize electron WPs
  • Vectorize muon WPs
  • Update analysis configs to take lists of lepton WPs
