Fix KFTool configuration

The tool should be initialised after the properties have been set.

Also removes setting of JetCollection, as jet_type is actually reco4PFlowJet but AntiKt4EMPFlow is expected by the tool. Since this is unlikely to change any time soon, just use default AntiKt4EMPFlow from the tool.
