Large R jets in bbyy
First attempt at integrating large R UFO jets in the bbyy workflow.
The point of this MR is to have large R jets included in the output AnalysisMiniTree as flat branches, similar to what is done for small R jets.
This is done via a dedicated algorithm, which is controlled by a flag do_Boosted
which is set to false by default, to avoid any interference with the nominal bbyy workflow.
For the moment the BoostedVarsbbyyAlg only saves the 4-momenta and GN2X-scores of the leading large R jet but eventually it can compute the GN2X_Hbb discriminant and, as a temporary solution, even define a flag for overlap with photons or small R jets (to be addressed in future MRs).
It’s not an optimal solution but it can be useful to perform preliminary sensitivity estimates for boosted bbyy, while we wait for GN2X recommendations and figure out how to tweak the overlap removal tool in Athena for our purposes.
