Add configuration to schedule new TauCombineMuonRemovalConfig introduced with atlas/athena!71866 (merged) to merge into a single collection TauJets and TauJetsMuon_RM (only available in PHYS).

Will need 25.2.18 with atlas/athena!72688 (merged) before we can enable it
