Revert nGbperjob option and reuse tarball for grid submission for mc

  • fix some mc23 PHYS sample name.
  • update the sow hist name due to MR. !904 (diffs)
  • revert the ngbperjob option only for MC sample .This job option can help the job to parallel running. If remove this option some tasks can be hard to be finished. e.g. : without ngbperjob option (~6 days) and with ngbperjob option(~4 hours).It will save lots of running time for some samples.
  • Reuse tarball for mc in gird submission.#271 (closed)
