Update release to 25.2.20
Includes:
- jets: Run-3 pre-recommendations: atlas/athena!72950 (merged)
- Warning the Event shape variables are not yet present in physlite, hence the jets should not be recomputed: see here
- muons: Run-3 pre-recommendations: atlas/athena!72973 (merged)
- E/gamma: new ESModel + option for decor relation model: atlas/athena!72915 (merged)
