Added configurable CutBookKeeper histPattern
Following introduction of this configurable property in 25.2.22
The default configuration is unchanged with CutBookkeeper_%DSID%_%RUN%_%SYS% as in https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/main/PhysicsAnalysis/Algorithms/AsgAnalysisAlgorithms/AsgAnalysisAlgorithms/AsgCutBookkeeperAlg.h#L82
