bbyy GNN implementation update

Update the GNN models. Now the models are trained seperately for run2 and run3. (the VBF run3 samples cannot find the truth VBF quark, so both run2 and run3 case use the same run2 model temporarily)

update the pileup definiation according to @hsut's advice (Thanks!)
