Combinatorial Kalman Filter

First working version of the combinatorial Kalman filter. There is still a problem with the track fitting for low-momentum tracks and for the track finding for two closely-separated tracks. Also the correct material has been disabled since this requires a json file with the material which is currently not on cvmfs.
