Production script updates

Eric Torrence requested to merge torrence/calypso:torrence_datarec into master

Modifications to the production scripts for both prompt reco and MDC production.

Main change is adding options to MDC and reco submission scripts to write files to local /tmp space on condor batch workers, then copy results to EOS at the end of the job.

Also updated non-MDC reco script to use proper geometry for 2022 raw data.
